This is a multipurpose blog for close readings of complex texts, explorations of wide ranging concepts and poetic probing to see what I can say. I won't attempt to express things with clarity, I think our minds suffer from the laxity spawned by clarity, but I wish to help myself and possibly others to take things slowly again. My method could be described as a conceptual calculus, determining tangents and areas emerging from various difficult notions. I hope to cultivate a style of reading and reflection that may be contagious yet salubrious.
For anybody curious about me, I have a B.A. in Philosophy with minors in Physics and Psychology from Bowling Green State University, though I consider myself to primarily be an autodidact, and I can be contacted at romanw@bgsu.edu.
